Our Policies

Check-in & Check-out: Check-in after 2:00 pm and check-out before 10:00 am.

Children: We welcome children. Our rooms do not have the capacity for extra beds. The maximum number of guests in our rooms is 2, except for the Self-catering Flat and Room No. 3, which can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. 

Pets: We do not offer facilities for pets. 

Cancellation Policy:

  • 15+ days before arrival date: No cancellation fee.
  • 8 – 14 days before arrival date: 40% of the total cost of accommodation + 10% administration fee.
  • 7 days or less before arrival date: 90% of the total cost of accommodation + 10% administration fee.
  • No show or early departure: 90% of the total cost of accommodation + 10% administration fee.
  • An administration fee of 10% will be levied on all refunds to cover banking and handling charges.
